A tribute to the New Orleans we love and the family and friends we miss. A collaboration between mother and son art and music "The pain of Katrina was a personal and difficult experience. It affected our family and friends. We love New Orleans, and knew we had to do something. "Rise Again, New Orleans" was written days after Hurricane Katrina The project asks donors to put a "Face on Your Giving" and donate to established organizations already working in the community. For Children: KidsmArt (After School Art Programs) For Seniors: Sisters of the Holy Family For Schools: Charter Middle School (Green) For Artists: Ashe Cultural Center "The compassion shown to me speaks to your humanity.
